"Awful customer service. They do not stand behind their products. I had been a customer for 11 years and last month received moldy English muffins. I emailed them and requested refund/replacement. They ignored several attempts to reach them, when they finally responded they refused to back their product. They basically called me a liar and told me it was my fault that I must have stored them incorrectly. They literally arrived to me moldy and they said that was impossible Sad this is how people choose to do business"
