"By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Staff is unbelievably incompetent. Who hires these people? Missing items, attention to detail is lacking. Had to wait 40 minutes for a pick up order while I watched 10+ customers get their food in front of me. You have 3 people working and one of your employees walks out the door to go vape in the parking lot. Hilarious. Meanwhile I have to ask 3 times for my pickup order to get started and then upon receiving my order they forget the chips. I'd leave 0 stars if I could."

"I love Mr Tequilas normally. Never did I ever think I would give a bad review for them. I took guests there from out of town and told them how wonderful the food and the service is and they were totally shocked by the lack of service we experienced. Oh he food was amazing thank goodness. Sergio was too busy playing around at the bar and chatting with the girls who work there to notice that we were trying to get his attention. I had to go up to the bar to get a drink refill and we had to shout to get his attention to get more chips. Sergio was absolutely not present in any way shape or form. I was so embarrassed and disappointed."
