"Arriving at 8:20 on a Saturday morning we weren’t surprised to find a line out the door. Dozens has a great reputation. They have a devoted following because the food is good, the coffee is excellent the staff is friendly, knowledgeable kind. And the pie is ethereal. My kids all enjoyed their eggs sandwiches, one on focaccia one on baguette and one on wheat. I had the mushroom soup, fantastic. We shared a slice of rhubarb pie because, well we had too it made the whole meal sing."

"My daughter bought Steaks 21. Juli she's a college student. Did they go home to cook them 23. Juli and they smelled bad and were not good. Instead of driving to Green Hill Tn she went .04 tenth of a mile from her home to show managerJersem and ask for new. I know it's not a big amount of money wise, but for students it is. And she was a fan of Kroger. Well, the manager Jersem said, take it all the way back to one where she bought it when she didn't want to do anything about it. She said perishables were a choice of the manager as it was treated. And I honestly couldn't believe there was a policy when my daughter told me, so I called the manager Jersem personally and confirmed what my daughter said. What a bad way to treat the younger generation. I pray Kroger head person reads this, someone in the company must take care. She just wanted a good steak to cook no more tonight, just what she had paid. No wonder the younger youth goes to Wallmart or Publix, which would not happen there. Kroger Management do this right!! She was treated badly. I find it hard to believe crockery policy is all perishable items can not be returned even if in original packaging and before expiry date, with entrance and it has gone bad. Customer service has to go up step by step. Or post sign “ when you go out the door and food is not good, even tho sell until date has not come any return “"
