"As a regular I was so disappointed with what is now defined as a portion of cod.Having spent £25 on fish, chips and side orders, only to get home and open the box and see what can only be described as a anorexic fish fingers. At first I thought that the other box must have more cod and they gave two because they were so so small...Nope that was it. I called and asked to speak with the cook and that was as enigmatic as the fish.No sense of ownership, understanding or acknowledgement as to why I would be frustrated. All resolutions were on me, No sense of ownership. So so disappointed. I do appreciate cost of living but dont take it out on me, im not solely responsible for the economic downturn. 14 quid for what was two fish fingers is a joke, but one that's not funny. Won't be back and if you like me, have basic expectations of being fed on the parting of 25 quid, I'd advise go elsewhere or alternatively, get a rod and catch your own..."

"Tonight had a farewell of fishing and chips with curry sauce. I could have broken a window with the teig of the fish. the curry sauce was, I don't know what it was. I don't know what happened that it used to be very nice."

"Not the cheapest chippy around but certainly one of the best. Fresh produce sustainably sourced and beautifully cooked to perfection. Only downside is the queue is sometimes rather long. "A beautiful location for a morning breakfast, sun was shining, beautiful sea view and the food was fantastic! Very comfortable seats and the food was well presented and cooked. The waitress who served us was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. If you want a sea view seat, would recommend booking in advance. Parking: Parking charges apply at certain times of the year, but plenty available. Service: Dine in"

"Ordered two coffees and a sandwich, waited 30 minutes and received two coffees. When asked where the sandwich was were told that we hadn’t ordered one. Checked bank account when we got home only to see they charged us for a sandwich. Called to complain only to be told they can’t refund us unless we go back. Very poor service and customer service. Will not be returning."
