"Wing last night here to a show and was asked to come back and try the wings here and I was not disappointed at all! mason the bartender was exceptional in customer service, polite, gave us feedback on what to do for dinge in the city and he made the best wing I had in a long time. the place itself also threw a hell of a show! I'll come back here in a definitiv when I'm back indiana. the bar and the toilets were very clean, and the atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. 10/10 please try her wing! you will not be disappointed!"

"Fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. The bacon cheese burger had no bacon. And my double burger was ordered with no cheese or mayo. Yep it had both. There's 40 bucks down the drain!"

"Had a HORRIBLE experience today at FW Georgetown Banditos. We were told by a server it was “seat yourself”, so we did. Then a VERY RUDE server told us we couldn 't sit there, and we had to go back and wait in line. No “I’m sorry we messed up” or any acknowledgement of wrongdoing. My wife filled out an online complaint, and we DID get an apology call from the manager (with no offer to “make things right” , but at the same time he justified the lady 's behavior by saying they were rattled by a customer who earlier cussed them out. While I can 't condone that customers actions, given the level of unbridled rudeness and incompetency, I certainly do understand it. You may wish to avoid eating there. Update: As you can see in the response, Bandidos apologized just long enough to pivot and basically dismiss the apology by applauding the rude behavior of the Very Rude person who made us leave for sitting where we were TOLD to sit. That kind of fake apology is classic deflection! Pitiful."

"These two crew members who manage your trip on 6.21 at 1350 make my day every time I come to this place. I think Thier names are Mauri [beautiful refugees / cleansers] and Devin... they are so respectful and friendly. It is refreshing to see the level of respect when you are all shorthanded. Kudos to Thier parents who raised them right. Do not lose them bc they are definitely a fortune for your company. You definitely need an increase"

"We really like the small town feel of Richard's Restaurant. I had the bacon cheddar burger with extra toppings of mushrooms and lettuce. I took half of my burger home because it was so large. My husband had the ham cheese omelet which was very filling.Our food was good, and we were served by friendly people who seemed like neighbors. We also learned they have apple dumplingsall year long. If you want good food at a good price surrounded by good people, this is the place for you. Richard's has alwaysbeen a go to place to eat for my family for decades."
