"A small but lively bar that also has its own dining room with a small stage. The bar itself is absolutely gorgeous, great selection of drinks and appetizers, and all reasonably priced. The dining area is quaint, and plenty of seating options! The stage is big enough for a small group, like a duo or trio from what I could see, to perform. There's also outdoor dining which I often see people utilizing as I walk by on my way to/from downtown. I went here during one of the Brew Glue craft nights and even on a busy night like that service was good, food was amazing, and many connections were made! Overall, it's a fun, local bar to visit down the street from Broadway Island! Events are held here regularly, and said events are often put on banners and hung outside on the fence! Prices are decent and this bar is open fairly late too!"

Loving this place since 1993!!! The owners, Chris V. and Brian V. are like brothers to me... did I mention all of the great philanthropic work these fine gentlemen do??? CM's is the best!!"

"Wish I had taken photos, but loved this place! After living in New Haven for over three years I finally tried this place with my sister and boyfriend. The speakeasy meets cocktail lounge vibes were immaculate and unique- I love how dark and cozy it is. The wait staff were excellent and the drinks were delicious. We had already in dinner so we only got the pistachio cake to munch on which was good but the food menu looked amazing. Will have to try next time! HIGHLY recommend areservation on a weekend night, especially when it?s around 9 pm and onward. We went about 945 on a Saturday night and if we didn?t have a reservation the wait would?ve been at least an hour. Update: went again recently and got some photosof the drinks! The bee?s knees and the Japanese whiskey drink were really great. We got a meat and cheese board, the beer cheese, and the fried cauliflower rice. The meat and cheese board was excellent for the price!"

"I have been coming to this place since I was kid. The staff and the owner are always friendly and treat me and my friends like family. The food is always good quality and served hot. The Irish whiskey BBQ burger is my favorite burger around and my go to every time I visit. Truly a wonderful restaurant."
