"Stayed here for 2 nights while my wife was in hospital. The staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodated my need to fit in with the hospital visiting hours even offering to contact me if the kitchen needed to close early so I could make arrangements to get a meal or eat elsewhere. Free bottle of wine with dinner and the food was really good. No they don’t do breakfast but I knew that in advance and there are numerous places just across the road to get a very decent breakfast. The room was very funky and comfortable. The shower is fully glassed and in full view of the room. Did not worry me because I was alone in the room but it could be a bit confronting for some people. All in all I would be very happy to stay here again."

"Ordered a mocha and a macadamia brownie. Coffee was brewed very well and the brownie was delicious and melts in your mouth. Lots of seats inside if you're not choosing to have eat in. Staff were very friendly and nice."

"What was once a Tailors Workshop is now a place of appreciated history. Excellent hospitality! Nice almond milk coffee made from local milk and Australian grown coffee. Fresh ingredients daily with a tasty breakfast menu. A must visit if visiting or living in Newcastle."
