"Went on a saturday due to urgent medical issue and could not fault the service, from reception to nurses and doctor on duty. Special mention to Charlie the nurse, very funny and upbeat and nothing was too much trouble, same for Dr Grace Robinson she was very caring and professional. Might have to change surgery's."

"I was visiting New Plymouth for the weekend and was dragged here by a friend who wouldn't stop going on and on about how amazing this place was during the entire 5 hour drive from Auckland. State Pasta definitely did not disappoint us and it not only lived up to its reputation but has also created a new obsession for me we ended up going there 3 times in as many days because we simply had to try as many items as we could from their menu! The staff were super friendly and efficient and the pasta makes you give up all sense of moderation and resign yourself to ordering what could only be described as an obscene amount of food for one person to consume. The next time we are back in New Plymouth you can be rest assured we will be working our way through the rest of the menu...!"

"Amazing meal, and AAAA service from waiting staff. There was a small delay between Entree and Haupt, but there were two large groups. The young lady we served was very friendly and went beyond and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our evening. We will be back for more cocktails and oysters"

"As good as it gets IMHO. From the kitchen staff thoughtfully giving us 2 menus, to the fantastic food and atmosphere. Nothing wrong here! The caramel brownie was insane."

"Eating was excellent, but the service at the arrival was quiet poor and one of the ladies was quite rude asking why we sat where we sat, provided we were just where one of the other staff had set us. they had forgotten one of our drinks, so about 20 minutes after the order had to stand up and check it out, and they guess that it had already gone out what it had not. however eating for the bad service was amazing and the green smoothie when it finally came out was incredible. I would recommend this place, it is favorable for the quality of the foods they receive. the atmosphere is also quiet beautiful light and bright."
