"We always stop here when we are in New Smyrna Beach. Nothing fancy, but excellent seafood! My husband loves anything blackened on the menu as for me I love the skewered grilled shrimp or simply the fish and chips. The servings are generous and staff friendly."

"I arrived at the hotel, only realizing they switched me out of my room and gave it to someone else. I told Riverview that I would be willing to go with one bed instead of two if they could get me poolside with the cabana. I did not get the poolside room with a Cabana, but i did get downgraded to a smaller room with one queen size bef and yet I paid for the larger room and was told I had the largest room with two queen size beds. I guess that they could switch me out of my huge room with two queen size beds into a smaller room with one queen size bed without even asking me and never giving me the room next to the pool with a Cabana, which was the only reason I mentioned I would go with one bed instead of two. I paid for a huge room and got a small room and never got what I paid for."

"If you are looking for ambiance, forget Oceans. If deliciously prepared seafood at a reasonable price is what you want, Oceans is the place. We happened in the first time by chance and enjoyed it. Asked a local for a recommemdation later and Oceans was the first place he mentioned."

"I promise you, I am calling the health department TOMORROW because of this place. We were seated at a table with dead bugs on it, and after sitting there for just a moment the tube they have running around the ceiling with the fish in it was dripping onto the table. We told the waitress and she said we wrapped it with saran wrap, I wonder why its dripping and moved us one booth over. (since when does saran wrap stop a leak? The service was ridiculous, we ordered quickly but that is all that happened as it should have. Our food was slow, there was only 1 other table with people in it while we were there so it should have been lightning fast. The server was standing talking to some other guys that work there the entire time. I was sitting there staring at her, because I had no drink the entire time, she never came over. She came back to deliver our check. I 'll NEVER eat here again."
