"Walked in ordered cuban sandwich, proceeds to unwrap pre made sandwich and places on grill press. You can only taste cheese and mayonnaise. Pork is dry/ no flavor. Even the pickles are tasteless. I 've had gas station food thats better than the trash they serve here."

"I went to lunch there for the first time on a Sunday.at Sophie's Cuban Cuisine. The Oxtails were tender, the rice was gooey and I found a piece of plastic in my food from a clear plastic bag! I went to the cashier who also served the food. She shrugged it off as it was nothing. However, I asked her is this how you treat your customers? She was very non sholant about it. No compensation at all. Beware of what you're eating at this restaurant... customer service is very poor..."
