"A bunch of lazy teenagers running this place. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. We get to the front at 8:45pm. My son orders his with mix ins. Then she asks me and tells me “ I’m sorry, we aren’t doing mix in’s anymore. When the music turns off we stop mix ins and his was the last one.” Very unprofessional. And then my 2 year old daughter was crying because she couldn’t get hers. Atleast finish our order when we had been standing in line for 15 minutes and it was only 8:45! They close at 9! We called the store after and they said they turn the cold block off 30 minutes prior to close and they can’t do mix ins anymore after it is off. A bunch of lazy unprofessional teenagers that don’t want to do their job and want to leave right at 9 when it closes. Corporate has been contacted and this location needs real Managment."

"Brought several kids in at 849pm for ice cream. Door was open. Sign showed they close at 9pm. The young lady said that they were closed and that they usually close 10 minutes early. I asked if the owners knew that and she said yes. Oh well. Thanks Firehouse Subs for staying open for brownies! Update: Manager called and advised that the situation was handled and offered a gift card. Refused the gift card as we like to support our local businesses. Great follow up. 5 star."

"Honestly, I’d give 10 stars if I could. This shop was the absolute highlight of my time in GA. First, I’d like to say that the employees are so nice. I asked a question about one flavor and ended up getting a couple fantastic recommendations on flavors I never would have tried otherwise. And I loved them so much, I took two pints to go. Next, has to be the cookies. Initially, I bought them to take home to share with friends. That didn’t happen. I ate them on the flight! My only regret has to be that I didn’t try a milkshake or the brittle. They must be out of this world!"
