"We had a great lunch on the terrace while visiting! You have a beautiful view of the water and parasols for some shades on a hot day. Large beer selection. Good local options. The lobster was delicious. Good bungalow. Many big lobster bites. Light on the Mayo. Everything was delicious!"

"50 's Fun. My daughter and I stopped in at Flashback 's this evening for dinner. We received a prompt friendly welcome, were seated moments later and our friendly waitress had water to the table right away. She was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. My daughter asked about milkshakes ad was told she could have one in any flavor of ice cream the offered... something like 30 flavors. She asked if they should make a orange sherbet milkshake and they said like a cream-sicle?....of course with a little vanilla in it, too. It tasted wonderful and was presented equally well in an old-fashion milkshake glass topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry (and the rest in the metal milkshake cup. The onion rings were thick and crisp... perfect. The Teriyaki Burger and Fish 'n Chips hit the spot. The chowder that came with the meal was thick and well seasoned with lots of clams. We plaid a couple games in the arcade and dropped a couple quarters in the jukebox. Over all a fun experience. We 're thinking about stopping back in tomorrow for sundaes."

"Large local coffee shop in newport! freshly roasted coffee and excellent customer service. had a double espresso shot, hot chocolate, couple mochas and a Mexican mocha. all were amazing. with a freshly roasted single source fair peruvian Italian roast. comes back when we are safe in the city!"

"Service here was great when we came in just a few minutes after opening. Food was wonderful...Dry fried green beans were spectacular (as good as we've had at Szechuan restaurants on the East Coast!! Mother's chicken and House Special Sizzling Platter were both good. Portions are huge!! And the pots tickers were the biggest we've ever seen!! Paper wrapped chicken was also a good app."

"I love to try bakeries thay are new to me up and down the Oregon coast. I am especially fond of a good cupcake. I was planning a trip up the coast this week and spotted Blue Pig Bakery and had to go try their cupcakes. Super cute store and many amazing looking choices of baked goodies. I walked out with three different flavors and they were all really great. I will definitely make this a stop on my way through Newport from now on."
