"I know they're busy in there all day and I understand. They barely put any meat in my burrito/ 90% rice.. Customer service is not existent. I don't know if it's a language barrier or the giant plastic shield Between us, but I find myself having to repeat myself 3 or 4 times for them to get the order correct even when speaking loudly. It was just overall not a great experience.."

"As with pretty much every Chipotle I?ve been to this one is inconsistent in its service. It?s not the worst but could be better. We always order online and pickup. "I paid 22 dollars for extra steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. This is what I received. A table spoon of guacamole, less than a tea spoon of sour cream and a little steak which a pinch of cheese. I’m livid. The lady at the counter was kind enough to remake my order but it still didn’t have any sour cream. The always give attitude to my friends when they go there. This is the worst chipotle without question. A total disappointment beyond belief."

"Every last person was rude, I had ordered a burrito, and the lady had tried guacamole on her hand to wrap my burrito. I told her nice to change her gloves and she caught a posture, but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito, but it fell apart I asked her I could have an extra tortilla on the side that she told me 27 cents I come here all the time, I will never be extra charged!!!! I was ready to pay, but the Al Cash Mary began to be rude to tell me I have to pay now! Staff are disgusting and will never come back!"
