"The staff was welcoming and played their roles well. The biggest complaint was the taste of the cocktails. The mixed drinks had much room for improvement. We had 14 in our party and no one reordered a mixed drink and switched to beer while we were there."

"The first time here and it was amazing. love the ignet! had the Po-Junge. we have recommended the mixed berry as a diving sauce! they have so many possibilities! and their tee is amazing! I make a mix of some different. the place looks so authentic. the personal is super friendly. space is clean."

"I absolutely loved this place. Authentic Ethiopian food with the nicest service. This here is a vegetarian plate I made choosing 4 of their options. The chickpeas and lentils were from another worlds. Absolutely amazing. And the vegetables were incredible too! We are sooo coming back and tasting the rest!! It’s recommended 100"

"Total lack of customer service. The register wasn't working right so one barista recommended we order thru the app. Failing to tell us that we then had to tell them we were there for pick up. Our coffees had been sitting there forever and by the time we asked where our order was, I was greeted by the rudest barista (green hair, piercings), gave me a dirty look and basically ignored me. Longest wait for sub-par coffee with an attitude."

"I usually don't write bad reviews but the customer service here made me feel some type of way. If I had paid attention I probably would have took my money somewhere else. The young lady that took our order didn't even seem interested in what I was saying or could care less about my order. Her body language and whole demeanor gave me a I don't want to be here vibe. I had younger kids with me at the time so I had to go back up and ask for a few items the lady made it seem like I was annoying her asking for extra forks or bottled water. I didn't realize that the teleprompters only had a small list of items that you could order and that there was another list towards the back of the store. I asked the lady if she would suggest as far as something good to eat her reply back was I don't know what you want .. Great job of selling the store smh... This was our first time here and will most definitely be our last time!! 5 out of 10 do not recommend!!"
