"First of all it opens at 4PM and is not open 24 hrs. as listed on Yelp. This place is in good condition but needs some work operationally. Noticed a smell of mold which should be corrected. Cocktails were fine. Only stayed for one. Only wine served is Barefoot which is the cheapest rot gut on the planet. Get Woodbridge or other better brands in small bottles please. Nothing will ever spoil. We would have stayed if wine choice was better. Suggest management get rid of the 10 old couches in the walkway leading to the lounge. Looks like they did some dumpster diving to get overflow seating. Art the bartender was very good. Hope the bar does well."

"We are native, and we lived at the southern end of the beach most of our lives and just moved to north myrtle recently. I wanted to take my Italian man for his birthday somewhere nice and had heard good things about bennys. I had a reservation and we sat quickly from what seemed to be the owner. we waited 20 minutes and no one told us a word after we were greeted. the owner went through the dining room as he looked around, but he was not very attentive and did not really notice what was going on, I think it was more of a habit for him and a show. the table next to us was never greeted and they went. I finally went to the owner and asked if we could get service and he said yes and apologized. he came by and got our drink order and said our first drinks would be on him. We waited 10-15 minutes before we ever got our drinks and it was just wein and beer glazed. the drinks were at the end of our bill after he said he had received them. the restaurant itself was nice and the food we got was good, except the cheap spiral pasta on the side. I was very surprised by her lack of service and her non-chalant attitude about it. it is a scandal, as the appetizer and the delightful were good."

"Just Outstanding. Great bartenders that know their mixology. Excellent food...like REALLY excellent. Wonderful staff and the place has a great vibe. Met several local who frequent the place and they were BIG fans. Beautiful back patio right against the golf course and the patio has its own bar. This just became our new go-to place when we visit."

"COME FOR FOOD, NOT THE SERVICE!!! SERVICE: When we arrived, there was a wait which was totally fine, we expected that. Once we were sat, it took the waiter 30 minutes to greet us? and he was VERY. RUDE. He had no table manners at all. He forgot to put in our appetizers, and didn?t get them for over an hour! We never got refills, and he never checked in on us. We tried to speak to management, but after enduring our whole meal none approached us. It was so loud in there, you can?t talk to people at your table even! In total, from the time we were sat at a table until we left was almost three hours because we had a terrible waiter no management help! FOOD: The crab dip fried green tomatoes were very good for appetizers! My husband and I did the $20 per pound crab legs. They were very average. Some weren?t very meaty, some had it perfectly, but you can?t beat the price for that but you?re getting what you pay for. Again, do not come here if you?re looking for a relaxing meal with your family. It is so chaotic, the service is so unfriendly and honestly will put you in a bad mood for the rest of the night."

"For the first time on a double date here. The atmosphere was very nice. There was a live pianist, a small bar in the middle and a very cozy seating area. Food was amazing! I highly recommend trying the Martini appetizer with steak tips and potatoes. It's such a cool idea. It can be a bit of filling, but I found the dinner portion sizes a bit smaller, so it was perfect. Very recommended for special occasions and date nights where you don't mind spending the extra dollar for good food, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff."
