"Arrived for dinner but was told by the rude hostess, than one of us in my group cannot enter without a proper shirt. Warning, this restaurant is in a tropical, tourist area, is very casual and is located outdoors. My group had still NOT received their luggage, therefore, I only had a full shirt but it dad no sleeves. Even after hearing the lack of luggage, the unfeeling, very unprofessional hostess just didn't care. Even though the manager was aware of this, he did NOTHING and did not even apologize. I strongly advise everyone to stay away."

"Great evening ... the food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. We visit often, but the friends we brought to a special celebration had never been before. "For such a nice looking restaurant, we were very disappointed in the food and service. We ordered tempura and it came out bread and lukewarm. Then, we ordered Peking Duck. They brought it to the table to carve it and we thought, OK, this is good . The server made two pancakes (tortillsa) for each of us and then took the remaining to the back where they stir-fried it with vegetables. It was the.most bizarre service ever. When it came back, the vegetables were undercooked and it had no flavor. The skin wasn 't crispy, but the meat was tender. Afterwards, the waiter brought one plastic tub for everything that remained, we asked about an extra tub and he said no, they couldn 't do that. We filled the first one and he arrived with a second, but no top. We were bagging it opened and he arrived with another lid. Then, we asked for the check and it was about 20 minutes before it arrived. We walked back to our room and decided to toss the leftovers along the way."

"Went there for a romantic evening not to be seated next to a trampoline and kids play structure. Probably would have been a completely different experience if we took the kids but not at all what we were looking for that night. Actually got up and left half way through as it was so noisy and not how we wanted to spend our evening."
