"I love the taste of ice cream from the gelateria, they are diverse and creative. But today I bought two ice creams and asked one of the attendants for a spoon and she was super rude. I didn't even have a reaction at the time. I really think if you don't know how to be polite to the public you can't work in a place like this as you ruin the day and the mood of the customers. I will definitely not be back."
