"Barbecue ribs don?t seem to have come off of a grill, but rather out of an oven in my opinion. They fall off of the bone too easily as if being cooked slowly in an oven. They don?t seem to have been done in a pit either. Not enough texture although somemay like it that way, l prefer a little bit of firmness in the meat."
