"What health kick?? I've been on a che kick lately! This review is for their #6 Fruit Addict! I've been to a few Bambu locations, but often went for a drink rather than the desserts. The che I've had from Bambu in the past was probably #1, which was refreshing but didn't feel compelled to return for more. Che was never really my thing, just seemed too packed full of ingredients. But recently I found a che I really liked and my perspective on che totally changed! I found that I really like the Vietnamese deserts with coconut milk, pandan jelly, and fruits. #6 Fruit Addict is exactly what I was looking for! Jackfruit, longan, lychee, coconut, boba (red in color but it tastes like normal boba), so many jellies. I'd absolutely get this again. I went with ice on top, which I let melt for the most part (I'm a pretty slow eater), so it diluted the sweetness but I'm totally ok with it because the liquid tends to be very sweet without ice. As I'm finishing up this review I'm contemplating if I should get another cup today... They have a rewards program (enter your phone number at the cash register or sign up via your preexisting Fivestars account) and sent me a 20% off deal to use in the next few days so I might just do it!"

"Everything we ate was delicious! The stuffed falafel were a wonderful take on one of my favorite dishes. All the different salads and hummus were fantastic. We ended our meal with a delightful dessert that was impossible to resist.We also got to meet the owner and had a wonderful chat with her during our visit. The rest of the staff was equally charming."

"Coffee was good but breakfast sandos at this location are bad. The tiniest quarter slick of bacon on my Turkey Bacon Egg White Sandwich. Barely 1/4 my bun. Same with the Bacon Cheddar Brioche. Like some kind of bacon shortage of both pork and turkey varieties. So little you could barely taste it. Like if hint water had a bacon flavor. Also the buns were rubbery. The bread of the egg and Egg Cheese was hard like it was microwaved 3 times. Maybe because the dasher was so late they reheated it over and over? Very odd because it's not that bad at the Alameda location."

"8/20/22 This is one of the nicer Happy Lemons I 've been to. It 's a bit hipstery, a bit happy happy. Lots of wood and nice finishes on the walls and tables and stuff. Feels airy nice place to relax unlike many packed boba places. 1. Strawberry Milk Shake caffeine free, soy milk alternative : FINALLY!!! a drink that 's lactose free by default!!! It was good too. Creamy. Maybe could use more strawberry flavor, but given it 's soy milk, it was remarkably tasty. No, not as good as if you mushed up fresh strawberries into milk like my mom used to make for me, but for what it is I liked it. 8/10 1a. Boba $0.94 1b. Tiramisu Salted Cheese $1.25: So, this was my mistake. Yes, it really does taste like tiramisu!!! Amazing. Alas, it didn 't pair well with the strawberry shake. Thought it would, but the two flavors were too distinct. Anyway happy lemon continues to make some of the best and most original drinks............. keep bringing on the lactose free (but try using lactose free milk next time)!
