"I've been to this restaurant off and on for about 5 years I always thought the food was pretty good so I decided I wanted to try them because it's been about a year. I call whoever answered the phone you need to tell them, you do not say hello when you are answering the phone for your business. Then I proceeded on to say what I wanted, I said I like to order some food she didn't hear me, she said what did you say? I said I want to order some food and she got real smart and said okayyyy what do you want real smart and I told her that's okay. That's a big turn off so whoever's answering your phone you need to get them off the phone because that's a big turn off when somebody is trying to order food and the person answering the phone is getting snarky and smart, not good for business. But somebody has an attitude like that I don't trust that I want to have them touching my food or anything. They lost my careful who you allowed to answer your phone business and they're the closest Mexican restaurant to my house and I thought they were pretty good but I like to always try other establishments and I have some of my favorite establishments that I do go to but I really did like this place but that girl's attitude on the phone made me change my mind and that's really sad if you value your business"

"My friend and I stopped in, chicken looked real dry and burnt. The rice and other toppings looked old that they were sitting for a while. Not appetizing at all. We walked out and went else where. Don't recommend."

"Terrible! Staff locked the door two hours before closing time to avoid customers. All employees look like they went around while the new guy tried to help over a dozen customers. Nothing was clean! Old food everywhere, bathroom were not cleaned, garbage was not taken out, none of the tables were wiped. All employees at this site should be fired including the manager! Who ever Owens this place should be shamed."

"I can't say enough good things about this place. Jorge is usually our bartender and Jose our server. We come when they work because we love them so much! Both are so wonderful and make us loved and welcome. Husband and I are here for happy hour, family dinner and birthday parties. We celebrated my father's birthday tonight and Jose made it so special! The food is amazing and the staff treats you like family. I can't say enough good things about this place, there aren't enough words! If you want to guarantee that you have a great time, come here. You will not be disappointed! And please for Jorge or Jose. As long as they work there, we will be customers for life! I love you!"

"This place is chalk full of charm and delicious food.El Loro has a few locations throughout the Twin Cities, but this one seems to be just a notch above the rest.The service is always good here when we've come in to dine. The food is always served hot and well seasoned.Two recommendations for meals are the Pollo Asada and the El Lindo. Both are great portions and very reasonably priced."

"Staff very disengaged and seemed upset to be working there. minimal eye contact or conversation. cashier had an issue with the credit card being processed and blamed my friend for entering it incorrectly. then she said is this a real credit card? . not very professional. also, my burrito bowl wasn 't wrapped properly and leaked through the bag and onto my clothes and car seat. will not be returning to that Chipotle, others have been way better experiences."
