"During this visit I was most impressed as I would expect from all their restaurants. the most delicious chicken sandwich I've ever had. they always have super customer service. “My Pleasure” the restaurant is always clean. they have a play area for younger children 54 large or less. I tried her dietary limmonade for the first time. Very good. our family are regular customers and has never been disappointed."

"One benefit of trying pho in different parts of the country you get to appreciate certain places. This place is the best authentic pho joints in the Midwest. My favorite dish is the BBH but you can’t go wrong with nearly anything you order. Staff is extremely quick and work like clockwork even when busy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Host sat the 4 of us at smallest table with chairs while other people with only groups of 2 people got the big booths with long tables. When we ordered our food server was very rude and expected us to move dishes around our small table to make room. Note we barely ordered any dishes compared to what others order at a buffet. There was no room at our table, when food came we held our little bowls or plates in our hands to eat. Never got a refill on our drinks. Server never came back around to check for anything. Another server came and gave us our bill to pay before we even got all our dishes. Alright we get it...you want us to be done quickly. The cost was ridiculous and service was bad. Idk why we tip even when bad but don 't tip as we did. I didn 't know because gratuity was automatic. We didn 't see breakdown of meal just total cost was $150 for 4 people. This place is not worth it and we won 't be returning. Sadly these type of restaurants are commom with how they treat certain demographics with a preference to another. I am surprised that certain demographic group still gives them business. I wouldn 't be surprised if many of their workers are trafficked and undocumented."

"Food was good, great actually, but the service is horrific. If you have somewhere to be 30 mins after you get there go somewhere else. The place wasn't even busyTook 10 mins to order a simple order and took what felt like a year to cook it. For being as staffed as they were they really need a new manager to teach them that they don't work at a restaurant and a wait time like that is unacceptable."
