"I knew the food was gonna be good when I read the reviews that said the service was bad. That's just the Jamaican way of putting extra seasoning on the food. Think of it as a part of the meal because the food was banging. I am Caribbean and I approve. I had oxtails with delicious the peas and rice, tasty plantains sweet and soft."

"Good food, excellent views. We thought of a late Sunday dinner and were surprised that all the outside seats were reserved at 4 p.m. Inside it was cool, but nice. The waiting staff is very young and well trained. The Fried Calamari appetizer was very tasty and delicate with a very light dough. My wife had Soft Shell Crabs, who were delicious, I had a Clam Po Boy who was not as good as the Crabs, but still very good and came with the same Cajun Mayo the Fried Calamari came along. All in all a very nice place for a meal, but next time we call an outside table ahead. The view is on the Hudson."
