"Great for takeout. The restaurant it self is probably not intended for someone to eat in, although there were a couple tables. The curry was yummy as was the noodle dish. I would go back!"

"Since this seems to be a popular spot, try going before or after lunch time to avoid the lineup.Right off the bat, clean restaurant, quick to be seated and friendly staff.Ordered a few different ramen options off the menu, the favorite being the Tonkotsu black. They were served hot and quick and you have the option to pick thick or thin noodles. Tried most of the appetizers as well. They were alright. The seaweed salad was nice but the wings could have been crispier. Loved the sparkling sake they had on the drink menu!Also got the two cheesecake options; mango and yuzu flavour. They weren't the best so would definitely skip it the next time."

"One of the few Pho spots in Chinatown that are in our 'regular rotation '. Service is always good, portions are well sized and Pho is always great. Can 't ask for much more when you need a quick noodle fix."

"They never fail to impress! One of the only restaurants in Ottawa that still serves authentic, traditional Vietnamese dishes, true to taste. Great service, family friendly, reasonably priced, good portion, and very efficient. One of mine and my families favourites!"

"I was a regular here for years before my office moved. I referred a ton of people to Gooneys. I was a build your own salad person. I went the other day and found that the freshness, serving size and quality of ingredients had changed a bit and not for the better. Too bad. It used to be amazing. Still fine but nothing special anymore."

"I only come here for 1 dish and it's the bun Bo hue. Never ordered any thing else. I love this dish so much so it's my go to dish. The broth is nice and savory and I love the meat in it. Never too...busy. Won't go anywhere else except for my mom's for this dish. Service is friendly."
