"Great food staff. We ordered takeaway chicken red curry, beef massaman, chicken satay skewers curry puffs they were all yum, the curries were really big servings! Ordered kiwi hot medium but both tasted pretty mild so maybe go higher than usual. Ordering on the phone was super easy love when they give a warning on wait times repeat the order back we will be back"

"Muang Thai was amazing! After a busy day at work we originally went there this evening for takeout, however after walking in; the atmosphere, the cute little kitchen, the smell all were so inviting we decided to eat in. It was so lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. So glad we decided to stay in. Now for the food... Oh my, SO DELICIOUS, everything was full of flavour, nicely presented and so so tasty we couldn't put our forks down! 100% going back, and I 100% recommend you stop by and try them out!"

"I came across this restaurant by accident when leaving Wellington. When I eat Thai, I search for a very authentic dish which is normally only found in high end and pricey restaurants in the main centres such as Auckland. As is so often the case, this dish was not available on the menu here but the waiter said she would be able to prepare it for me (without telling me how much it would cost) and spoke very passionately about Thai cuisine when she asked how I knew about the dish. The food was as good as I have had it elsewhere and I was amazed when she only charged $17 as I usually pay around $35-40 when I am able to find it."

"Food was prompt and well presented. We had an entree each and a main with one being sizzling lamb and other being prawns. We were served well and meals came so after some drinks we were out within 50 minutes. The only fault would be I would like to see the extra charge for rice is made known to patrons. Water and wine came b4 the meal. <br/>Compared to other meals in this locality the price is only a little higher but the quantity and quality of food was compensated. Would return."
