"I had a wonderful sandwich from the French Factory. The shops design is modern and appealing, the tables and seating area were clean and presentable. the best part though, was the man who served me. I was traveling from canada and was having an off day, and the man understood my butchering of the french language. He patiently responded to me in french until he began preparing the food. He shared his own experiences as a traveler. it was wonderful and a good memory of my trip to paris. not many parisians are as polite to tourists as this man was to me. French Factory- highly recommended."
