"Sadly this place has been going downhill lately. Tonight I ordered a pizza, and it took an hour and a half to arrive, and when it did it was barely warm. This is a big shame, I used to love Marcos but I'm probably going to have to order elsewhere if my food won't arrive hot and fresh. I even tipped a fair amount because of the snow, but still feel cheated."

"Placed an order online, arrived at the store, and my ordered was never made; then immediately, two workers from the 7 eleven confirmed that one of the Subway employees walked off the job, due to some long-standing dispute with another co worker. They also mentioned that she had been walking off the job to go shopping prior to this.When I called for a refund, nobody picked up, and you can't leave a voicemail.You also can't get ahold of corporate because they no longer take calls and they don't answer emails.I will definitely be filing a BBB or AG complaint. Smh."

"An awfully run business. There was one person behind the counter during the lunch rush. Probably because they only schedule two people ever. Any competent manager would have at least three to four people working. And I doubt the person got any proper compensation for keeping the store open. Even though they did the best they could.Won't be going back. I'll find a better run sandwich shop."
