"First off, the service was good. The staff was friendly. But we wouldn't eat here again because we just didn't like the food. Ordered honey cashew chicken and lemon chicken. The honey cashew chicken came with a sauce that seemed like mayonnaise with sugar. It was more like a frosting than a sauce. The fried chicken pieces didn't have a lot of meat. The chow mein wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about. The lemon chicken said it was fried and grilled, sounded interesting but it's very thin and the breading just slides off. The menu clearly states that it comes with sweet and sour sauce. We asked about that and they said they add lemon to it. It wasn't lemony enough for our tastes."

"This is a nice little Chinese restaurant in Pocatello. The General's Chicken was really good, and I heard the Chicken and Broccoli was good too... But there wasn't any left for me to try : . They have a kids menu, which offers both Chinese and American choices. The wait staff was helpful and the owner checked in on us to see if things were good. I saw some lower ratings but I recommend this restaurant and would visited again."

"The food is average and plentiful. They have traditional selections along with a fair amount of unique choices. You pay upon entering and eat till your hearts content or stomach explodes which ever happens first. The restroom was quite thrilling as you never know what you might contract in there touching any surface. I recommend the dumpster behind the resturant you will thank me."

"Praise to the New Owners. They have taken the Ming's Recipes and made them better. I had not eaten there since it had sold. I am so glad I tried it. Service was friendly and fast. Food was to Die for. The House Special Fried rice is like before Only 100xs better. Like they took her recipes and made them so much better!!!"

"Mandarin House is one of my favorite places to go to. The service is always top-notch, and you can tell the employee's truly care about their customers. The place is always clean, and well maintained. The food is on point for Chinese food. I would highly recommend this establishment."
