"What a hidden gem on the east side. Absolutely loved the kick back retro vibe of this place and the food was sooooo good. They are most known for their German pancakes and the one with cinnamon apples was delish! A must try!! Really enjoyed the lovely staff here too. On weekends, there will be a wait but I promise, it's worth it!!"

"Best BBQ I have had outside of Texas. Got Pit Boss to share. Brisket was tender and moist, ribs were great, pulled pork was good and the sausage was very good. The best part we’re the sides; Mac and Cheese was well made, bbq beans was delicious and the black eyed peas salad was excellent!"

"Had an allergic reaction... Okay so I love this place, I love coming here and I was especially excited to find that it's open again. I went there yesterday, sometime between 5 and 6pm. I got a small chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake and drank the entire thing, including scooping up the little pieces at the bottom that got stuck in the straw. The problem was that I'm very allergic to peanuts and I didn't think this would be a problem bc cookie dough ice cream has never had peanuts and I've had it there before without any issues. But my throat started closing up about 5 minutes after I had finished the drink. Basically I had a bad reaction and couldn't swallow my own saliva, was feeling faint, and suppressing vomit. Thankfully I had Benadryl on me, so after about 30 minutes of panic, it kicked in and I was okay. So to prevent future allergic reactions with other customers, PLEASE use different scoops for flavors with allergens and flavors without. Also just for extra measures, maybe put up some sort of little wall around the peanut ice creams to prevent possible mixing between the different tubs. Idk how it happened, but they either didn't properly wash the scoops before reusing them (or just used the same scoop), or maybe there was a peanut flavor near the one I picked and they got mixed together, and I was too careless to notice (even though THEY should be the ones taking proper safety measures). Or maybe!! The blender they used had previously had peanut ice cream in it. So perhaps also use different blenders. Also after looking at pictures from other reviews, I've noticed that you guys have several flavors with peanuts, so I suggest grouping them together, away from the other common-allergen free flavors. Allergies are nothing to play around with, if an allergy is severe enough, it could be life threatening. Please just take better safety measures to ensure that people can just enjoy their ice cream without fearing for their life. Besides that, this place is great and even serves bubble tea"

"Seriously, this little shop was perfect. Came in from Texas that morning and stumbled across this gem. Kye and Alex answered all of our questions and loaded us up with such a variety of items that fit our specific needs at such a great price. They were so cool, and were highly knowledgeable about the product and literally made the whole experience. Definitely stopping by again before we leave!"
