"The first time ever try Vietnamese food and it was great!! I have the Chicken Pho and Spring Rolls. They had all fresh ingredients and were so good. The water is PH water and the lady who helped us explain how to eat the food. Apparently, I should add some things to the soup and I didn't. The portion sizes are huge. Good."

"This is the best place I've ever eaten at! If I could eat here all day every day, I would. The owners are so sweet and truly care about their food and the customers experience and the food has NEVER failed to impress. I was devastated to hear about the temporary closing when I came back to town for a visit because I was hoping to eat there at least twice in the 4 days I was in town. If they ever open up again, I will make the 12hr drive from my new home to their restaurant just to give them my business and get some of the best food in the world. I came in so often when I lived there that I would sit down with their daughter and hang out while I ate. They're so sweet and when I took my dad, the owner talked to him about how the food was made (my dad is an awesome home chef and loves to learn new things). The owner was all too happy to talk to my dad about it and I swear he was in heaven while listening. I hate so much that I don't live nearby anymore, but I come down to visit family sometimes and I'm hopeful that they can open back up so I can go again. I take every friend or family member that will go with me and I truly wanted to go when I graduated college, but unfortunately they were closed down when I came. You've always got a customer with me and my dad. There is no better place to go to than LáTaste!!!!!!"

"I was very excited to come here based on the reviews of the great vegan Pho. Unfortunately, as the other reviews have said - you must call. The vegan phobrew has not been produced when I arrived at the opening there. Note: I have taken pictures of the menu and what I ate. The server was very helpful and knowledgeable for the vegan elements on the menu. What I ordered: 35 Vegan House Signature Spring Rolls Goi Cuon Chay Dac Biet I just wanted to see what it was. A vegan egg roll rolled into a vegan spring roll?? Yes, please. Great mix of ivory, crispy and fresh. 43 Vegan HUE Spice Noodle Bun Hue Chay (Committed with vegan chicken, vegan shrimp or tofu) That was very tasty and very sharp. The meat they used (I think it was shrimps. She didn't ask me my preference. I did not double the menu to see that I would have chosen chicken / shrimp / tofu. Woops) was super delicate and tasteful. I was very happy with the texture, unlike some places that make their vegan options quite chew. You'll sweat when you get this dish! Vegan banana bubbles order vegan bubble tea: 1. (Pic of menu page 1 is attached) can not order bubbles. You have the milk powder in the mix. 2. Can order vegan bubble tea however! You can be made vegan if specified. The milk tea taste is the only exception. 3. The sugar cane they use is obviously quite sweet. I wish I had done mine with half sweetheart."
