"This pizza hut is nice to eat. we sat and served immediately and the waiter was more than happy to get us everything we wanted. we took a pudding away, as we were too full!"

"I ordered a pizza and pasta dish. The pasta was awful. I had one bite. I had 2 slices of pizza. The base was not cooked properly and tastless. They put toppings on there that shouldn't have been there. The chicken was rock hard in the pasta. It had been reheated god knows how many times I asked for a refund and for them to collect my food. The man asked why. I said the quality of the food was awful and not worth the money. To cut a long story short he said the pasta comes in frozen, prepacked. I said if it said that on the website I wouldn't have brought it. The pasta has been reheated. The man refused to collect my food and give me a refund. Customer service skills as well were appalling."

"My wife and I had the vegan pizza with gluten-free basic, gluten-free peroni, sorbet and carrot cake each oh and the broccolini. everything in all was quite good eating. as with most chain restaurants, the only big farewell was the hire of the staff, our waitress seemed like she hadn't been interested in all these ruined my eating experience each time."

"A regular customer in this business all couple weeks and for the last year I visited, eating is consistently excellent. I always order the same pizza, but there is never a problem with hits or temperature when I come to collect. at picking up a few employees who use the pizza always have a smile on their face, which is appreciated as a customer in any case. for a particular occasion, for work purposes I needed paper revenue on previous orders that I made some weeks earlier and although I did not expect that they could deliver this, fortunately they printed several entries for me, which was very appreciated. will continue to order that the knowledge about the service is excellent. Safety standards are also well maintained during the pandemic."

"Let me start by saying I used to love this place, I've been eating here for years. But last nights trip might very well be the last time... Don't worry, the food here is still ok, but the service and atmosphere is dire. After...ordering, the minute wait before a panicked man in a green plastic apron tells you it's just gone in the oven, so will be minutes... just flew by! We were entertained by a impromptu panto performed by dozens of people being loudly turned away for not pre-booking Sorry darlin' it's an hour wait... everyone came in all at once... I guess that's always a surprise when a top comedians sold-out show is on at the theatre a few hundred yards away... The few long serving staff really are doing there very best to keep it all together, you can see that just looking around. But the newer staff are a ragtag of geezer-yoof asking questions with a passive aggressive tone dinner ladies broadcasting their every thought with all the subtlety of someone vaccinated with gramophone needle. We heard every problem the staff were having with customers, orders, the chef even each other all in glorious surround sound! In summary, it's a restaurant meal with all the ambiance of a bus shelter kebab! Sadly, things just aren't what they used to be."

"I have bought pizza from tops pizza since 2014, I always had a wonderful experience as the personal is so warm, friendly and welcoming. one thing I have to say, you teig is the secret of their excellent pizza and that is not an exaggeration. they will not be this blooming feeling after eating their pizzas as they are with other pizzas from different franchises. not only take my word for it, they try it and see it themselves. I recommend this place always friends and family, it is worth the money. highly recommended"

"Travel them to read atleast once in the month for the work and have tried a few pizza removals in reading and found this place the pizzas from here taste nice with quality toppings also love the delivery of the cookies was also fast. thanks will come back."
