"Went recently with my girlfriend after not being for a while and was disappointed with the service. my girlfriend arrived 2 minutes before me and as she was stood waiting to be sat some of the kitchen staff spotted her and visibly rolled their eyes which is just rude. Ordered a Lemon and herb chicken wrap got the wrong flavour when delivered which would not have been a problem had a member of staff come over to check how our food was however for 10 mins no member of staff to be seen anywhere apart from someone who we were later told was the supervisor stood chatting to another manager who was on his laptop in the corner. By this time my girlfriend who was kindly waiting for me to get the correct food had had her own food go cold. we eventually managed to find someone who fixed the problem with the food and later spoke to a manager who was then lovely and even gave me a refund on the incorrect meal and went above and beyond to cater for us for the rest of the time there. just a shame as i myself work in a restaurant so know the importance of check backs on tables and this all could have been avoided mistakes are common in kitchens but if staff are on top of things they can be resolved so fast it stops being a problem. thank you to the nice manager we dealt with but the rest of the staff need some serious training."

"We were lucky enough to book a take a way Sunday Lunch for five. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. We all thought it was value for money and will use the service again without hesitation."

"Placed an order at 3pm, for a delivery at 7. They kindly cancelled at 6:30, but we only found out by calling them at 7:15. Order was through Uber Eats but they advised us that we should order through Just Eat. Thanks, it’s great to have such advice when the family is expectant, hungry and in lockdown. The response on the phone has encouraged us never to order here again."

"The table waitress was really good and attentive although clearly very busy, however, the salad server in chef whites, was dreadfully slow, I waited almost 15 mins whilst she served 4 people in a queue before me, my mains arrived as I sat down with my salad, not great as I had a cooked brisket and mash meal,not really something to add salad to"
