"Saw the reviews, decided to give it a try and ordered old school burger in a meal with caramel milkshake. Absolutely phenomenal! Beef burger and it's special sauce was very well balanced and fit together perfectly with the beetroot lettuce tomato and onion. 100% recommend! Beef patty was great and had good flavour. The fries also very fresh and crunchy. I will be back and will bring hungry backup hahaha"

"My wife and I came here to brunch on a Thursday lunchtime. There wasn't too many people in there, so we were seated right away. The menu selection isn't huge. Food came out quick and was well presented. Staff were very friendly!"

"VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! We ordered food from Mikes Grill through the QR code and it failed and then we proceeded to order at the counter . After waiting for our food , doubles of every meal came and we spoke to a staff member and they brought the manager out . We explained the story to The manager Sema and she said there’s nothing that they can do about it and continued to say it was our fault and to connect to wifi (no VISIBLE signs that there is no reception and to use wifi After explaining this to her she proceeded to not care and laughed without acknowledging their mistakes.She made us feel stupid and now we have to take a big bag of food that we aren’t going to eat. Also food isn’t that great either . FIRST THE LAST TIME WE WILL COME AND EAT HERE!!!!"

"If you have not been here, you need to! I am a regular for breakfasts and each visit I make is always as delightful, if not more, than the one before. The food and drinks are superb, the girls pay close attention to your orders and aim to deliver the best. Best of all, their customer service is purely phenomenal. Of all the cafes I visit the girls try to build a solid rapport with each of their customers hoping to make their visits special and experiential. Please do consider stopping by. I recommend The Spot to anyone and everyone and it's with thanks for another regular that I now have become a regular myself. Thank you for wonderful breakfasts girls."

"There would be 2.5 if I could. we ordered pizzas and pasta over the phone to get it. it seemed like they were in a hurry to end our order. we had the bbq chicken pizza. the toppings were generous and it was nice enough. the supreme calzone was not cooked long enough. because it was a folded pizza it was teig in areas and not too pleasant. the tortellini boscaiola with ham and mushrooms was under the average. I think we could have made ourselves a better version because the pasta was understated and chew. overall taste was good there would be better alternatives out there."

"My family and I have been going to Helen's for many years but I have been very disappointed the last 2 times. Meals arrived cold, seafood not fresh and octopus burnt to charcoal. Sadly I don't think we will be returning anymore"
