"Nice at the start, they brought wrong order and seemed annoyed to have to change (when it was 2 identical breakfast menus). when finished, we waited a long time to get someone for the bill, they served another customer before bringing it, when we got it, we only have a 50 euros note so I walked towards the till, the waiter took the lot, left it at the till, got someone else to pay for their bill, then took it to the front till, while we were waiting not being told what was happening. we waited a further 5 minutes when we walked to the entrance to get the change. a waitress said goodbye with a full smile and I had to say we were still waiting on the change. when we got to the front, they were attending other customers BEFORE our bill. when I asked the lady, she said she knew, she didn't apologise so I told her how pathetic is was. I guess they know they will get the business and therefore don't bother travellers coming into Paris or leaving it with a good impression. Very disappointing."

"1. The water we asked for never came 2. They brought the wrong drinks 3. They brought the soup after a long wait. 4. We had to ask for the bread after the soup arrived. 5. The main courses arrived literally within 2 minutes of the starters. 6. The waitress tried to squeeze everything onto a tiny table but my wife’s dish wouldn’t fit so it was taken away. 7. My main course was going cold so I left half of the soup. 8. My wife’s main course was returned to her cold and minus the chips that were part of the dish (the waitress had told the guy at the next table that they had run out of chips despite this being only lunchtime, and an accompaniment to most of the mains) 9. We sent the cold main course back and refused to pay for it. 10. The soup was quite good. The main course decidedly average in a restaurant that bills itself as “gourmet dining”. 11. Not a word of apology from the waitress. Unfortunately there’s not many options for a sit down meal landside at CDG Terminal 2. I will go elsewhere and buy a takeaway sandwich next time."
