"The husband and wife team both came out of the kitchen to greet me. She took my order and he cooked my pizza. They served two slices on a plate and kept the rest warm in a to go box while I ate. The pizza was delicious and the owners were so very personable. This eatery will be one of my favorites!"

"UC-VEG offers a variety of services, which primarily fall into the categories of educational events and social gatherings. Educational services include free screenings of informative documentaries, lectures given by professionals, vegetarian cooking demonstrations, field trips, and tabling at local community events. "My family are great fans of Indian food. On a whim we decided to stop here when we went through Roseburg. Shanti is not disappointed. The taste profiles and balances were very satisfied. Prices were what was expected from high-quality Indian food. The place is casual, but the food was serious. That means I wouldn't recommend this place for an inexperienced palate. I couldn't have eaten as a saag distributor. It was so good."
