"Like Nogentais, we had the Salamander online for a while, we tested it last night. The initial reception is very good, good placement and simple mignardise but with taste at the seat. The service left us a feeling a little bit mixed, because of small episodes that we would have been well (see below): remarks on the line of our companions when they do not take an entry, hand on the shoulder to punctuate a sentence. Familiarity can be understood when the relationship is built, but it was not. A little disappointed by the apéro: Americano not bitter enough for me, and too diluted for the blow, 14€ is too much. But the guests who took champagne enjoyed this new addition on the map. On the gustative side, rather pleasant: the perfect egg of the entrance was mastered, but without great lyricism around despite its 14€, and the marinated pork was very good but not a quantity of gargantusque for its price. I enjoyed the touch of generosity on dessert, which was both well done and good (duo de craquelin), and this time it was very greedy. We had to refuse a first bottle of wine at €85 because the carafage had unfortunately not worked, but the server held its place and replaced it without problems. The second did not solve the problem of taste, but we decided to keep it. We still had the right to a debrief at the end of the meal as we tried to make sure that it had not been badly lived. The final episode on the card terminal that refuses twice the payment so the ends of the months are difficult? while it was their internet network had jumped in time, not necessary. I haven't been able to get an answer since our interlocutors managed the restaurant. So, at the end, good dishes, average prices fairly high, and a service OK but sometimes a bit comfortable."
