"Sally lunn's historical eat house is a restaurant and teestube is built in the house oldest in bath (around 1482). in the seventeenth century the young French sally lunnn worked on a bakery and created a kind of brioche that went on to become the famous bungalow. the place is still popular today and serves a lot of delicious rolls, both sweet and hearty."

"Firstly, what a great vibe the perfect spot to hang on a weekend night. The cocktails and food were amazing and reasonably priced. We had the pizza and the fish and chips. Service was fast, despite how busy it was, and super friendly. We'll definitely be back."

"Great value fixed price lunch which felt like a treat. The chicken and the steak mains were excellent but the crepe was disappointing as it was basically a plain pancake served with half a lemon and only a tiny hint of sugar. I would have preferred to have sat inside but dogs are not welcome."

"Excellent attentive service from the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant. I was served by Ameera who offered me a choice of two tables. I asked for tap water with some fresh lime. And for the first time ever, a server came not only w/ fresh lime but lemon and fresh mint for my water as well. Really nice touch! The food was well presented and tasted delicious. I chose from the set menu (excellent re-vamped menu Btw) and ended up having a 3 course meal with a glass of red wine which was excellent value for money. Raham then took over as Ameera went off duty. Seamless transition. Great team work. Such a breath of fresh air to get excellent service post pandemic as everywhere one go theses days its hard to get the same level of service pre-lockdown. Well done Bill's or rather Brilliant Bill's Forgot to mention the tasteful decor, cool vintage dinky sinks in toilets and the great music playlist"

"Fab cheat at night delicious bites! we had the chicken burgers, dirty pommes and milkshake. amazing! service was really fast and friendly and eating tasty! the place has always been more busy, but the team seemed easy. will be absolutely going back!"
