"UPDATE: We headed back to JC 's on Saturday for a late lunch...and we were not disappointed!! I had the Cold Noodle Salad with Chicken which had just the right amount of siracha heat and peanutty goodness. I would totally order it again so good. He had the Chicken and Waffles. The buttermilk fried chicken over a pecan cornmeal waffle *WHAT* with honey mustard drizzle and syrup was a combo that was unexpectedly delicious. I am used to seeing this dish with shredded chicken in a chicken gravy over waffles, so when we saw this twist on an oldie, we were excited to try it. We must have said So good like twenty times before the last bite of waffle disappeared. Pictures of both dishes posted in my profile. : First Visit Holy Portions, Batman!! This place is a ma zing! We tried it out for the first time this weekend and I am sorry that we haven 't eaten here sooner. From the Eggs Penny to the Shrimp and Crab Puppies to the Cinnamon Roll French Toast, everything was delicious. They clearly post that things are not hurried so just enjoy the wait we were seated at the bar and had full view of the grill/kitchen area. Watching the GIANT plates being loaded up with fresh ingredients (many gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options! made time fly and gave us lots of ideas for our next visit. We can 't wait to go back!"

"Called ahead to be put on the waiting list. Arrived at 4 (30 min after calling). Took an extra 15 for a total of a 45 min wait. Super crowded but waited on immediately after being seated. Waitress was awesome and attentive. Food was excellent and a lot for the price. Leftovers for tomorrow. Would definitely return!"

"Excellent service and food!!! My wife ordered a salmon with broccoli and potatoes and I had a cheeseburger with bacon. We also ordered a complete shelf of pork ribs with Thai chili sauce. They were also very tasty, but wish that the more meat had on them."

"Great bartenders! He started with John, then Andy and Lauren had. So friendly and cared for us. Andy made us the best food. We had the roast beef sandwich, chicken finger and mozzarella sticks. All delicious! The Bratbeef was excellent!"

"I'm not in here for 2 minutes and I can already get an at-home vibe. As first impressions go, this was off to a good start. I get in, order my half-caff, and then I noticed that there is a $10 minimum for cards. Guess who only has a card? Spoiler! It's me. As I'm internally scrambling to pick something else to get, the barista tells me to not worry about it. I thanked her and waited for my coffee to be made. This is a really nice and quaint cafe. It's pretty cozy too. I'm definitely coming back here for coffee and food (I will make sure to bring cash if I don't get more). I also had a brief moment where I talked to the owner who was just as friendly as his staff."
