"This is definitely not Japanese Ramen considering thst this is a Japanese restaurant. . The noodles were soggy, the soup too thick (thickened with cornstarch), the meat was Chinese char siu barbecue. They really should do something about this. Very very disappointed!"

"The salmon and Hamachi were fresh and tasty... The tuna was not. The cooked Hamachi Kama (jaw) that they included in my sashimi plate, as a gift for a long wait, was very good. The servers are young, attractive, capable, and chatty, but I had to chase mine down to get a drink refill, and it feels a bit like social hour rather than a professional restaurant. Still, I came away in a pleasant mood and enjoyed the outside table."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are not many vegan and gluten-free options here, but it meant that I was able to have a decent meal here. There is a vegan mixed vegetable tofu soup for hot pot, and a good number of add-ons (more leafy vegetables, baby corn, sweet corn, 3 different mushrooms, and tofu). There are also glass noodles for a gluten-free option, also! Bonus: The staff seemed to have a good understanding of what vegan and gluten-free means, which is sometimes a challenge! I did the mixed vegetables tofu hot pot soup and added Enoki mushrooms and the glass noodles. The broth was delicious and the ingredients (both cooked) were also quite delicious. My only handle is that the mixed vegetable tofu combo came only with a Shiitake pitch for every half of the hot pot (so, two overall, as I got the big and it is therefore two halves of the pot). It came with a good amount of tofu, so you can get a fair amount of protein in this way. But I will say that I got hungry not too long after we leave the restaurant so while the amount of food was a lot, it was not so much in terms of calories, fat and protein to keep you full of feeling."
