"Wanted her pumpkin spice latte but with almond milk, lactose, and they only use regularly, disappointed. Instead, had her pumpkin ice cream coffee, which was ok, and I also took a regular coffee to go, which was really good. Added a muffin that was nothing to brag and my total was a little over $7 that is pretty good."

"Food was hot and good, but the staff made me feel totally insignificant. When I came to the last pick-up window, I was asked if my order was in my pocket. And when I said she said she was grateful that you threw the bag on me, and without her eyes turned around her. I'm sure she's a very nice person in real life that she didn't seem rude or something. But it was clear that she was in a hurry, which I don't really understand, because there was only one car behind me that nobody else expected. I wouldn't mention it, but it happened a few times. I appreciate that they fill orders as quickly as possible, but I don't really like to make my food rush on me really fast and somehow not even an eye contact. Like I just crossed a to-do list. Just something they might need to remember their driving people."

"The restaurant in Cross Lanes, WV was busy and short-handed. However, our waitress was the best. She was also training a new waitress. A table of senior ladies was giving our waitress a really unnecessary, hard time just because an egg was cooked wrong. This waitress was very nice to the ladies and stayed very calm. Of course the trainee was nervous but they waitress explained to her to just stay cool and calm. The ladies giving her a hard time were loud and rude. Everyone in this section heard everything. A gold star should go to this young, short, black haired waitress (didn 't get her name but had a tattoo on her neck saying I love Robert). Her professionalism really showed through and I 'm sure she made the trainee feel better."
