"I've never had a problem with chicken coop until today. I waited at least 15-20 minutes in the Drive-Thru (which is typical of my great order) to come home and the most dried huh I ever had the dissatisfaction of tasting. I tried to call the benton Harbor site a few times, but they won't answer."

"There are some rude young people work here. They will keep you on hold and don't come back to the phone when placing a to go order. They will not answer the phone most times or it stays busy. Also, I asked for my pop which they forgot to give me and a young girl told me that I was being aggravating. I called a couple of days later and the owner told me that she's only 15 years old and he will talk to her. Good chicken but TERRIBLE customer service! Being 15 yrs old doesn't give you the right to disrespect a paying customer who was being patient after we called the order in and took us 15 minutes to get there then we waitied another 15 minutes. Terrible place!"

"I had a great experience. But when I ordered my drink to the blue hawaiian, it was clearly different the second time and didn't look like the first time I had it. the color was different and the taste was different. both are still good. However, they should really train their bartenders to the same drink especially if it is not so difficult to do. wether it was made by another bartender, the second time around should not be important."
