"Jimmy and Angie at Ban Thai are the kindest and most hospitable people I’ve met! My family and I were on a road trip and chose to stop in St. Joseph for a break when we decided to go to Ban Thai (which we soon realized was a great decision). The restaurant had such a homey feel while also displaying beautiful elements of Thai culture. As we walked in, Jimmy greeted us happily and made us feel extremely welcome. His happy and light conversation with us was much appreciated. The food, made by Angie, was superb! Angie’s hands are magic. My family and I have enjoyed Thai food for years, and this restaurant was one of the best ones we have eaten at. The spice levels were perfect in the soups and noodles we ordered, and we could tell that the ingredients were fresh. Overall, this place was a great pick, and we would 100% recommend ordering from Ban Thai for anyone that happens to be in St. Joseph!"

"Well, no body even bothered to attend/respond even when flashing OPEN at 2pm in the afternoon! But thanks to their arrogance we went to the french eatery next door and they served one of the best soup and the sandwiches were AWESOME!"

"The chicken parm was great! Good salad and bread. The lasagna was bad. The noodles were hard and rubbery. Tasted like leftovers that had been reheated in a microwave. They took one of our lasagna dinners off the check but still kinda disappointing."

"Was happy with my first visit here. the atmosphere was super beautiful, a diner mixed with a bar. I went to lunch and had a sandwich on her brezelhahn. the best sandwich I had for so long! great service, good eating. I go back and recommend to others!"
