"My wife asked the st. paul grill for her birthday dinner, as it is her favorite restaurant in the metro area. we are always amazed by the quality and taste of the products we order. we try never to order the same product so we were happy to have had many excellent meals. the appetizers are so big that they are divided. the service is impeccable and friendly. excellent cocktail menu abolut wreck is worth a try! highly recommended."

"The pizza here is the standard way pizza should be made. Sauce has firm taste of a tomato paste, yet it's not overwhelmingly strong to kill other flavor. Dough is chewy, and toppings are well attached to cheese. Some pizza places should learn how to make a pizza from here."

"Only vegan pizza in Saint Paul, however they it appears they no longer serve the Daiya brand. Which is a problem as their variety contains cashews. Not very tree nut friendly, which is a problem for us. Overall we have been unhappy with the service the past year, and have taken this restaurant off of our Friday night pizza place, preferring to make our own. Galactic pizza in Minneapolis isn't to far from us so if we really want to go out for pizza we can go there. Updated from previous review on Tuesday February 17, 2015"

"Their tres leches is hands down the best in the Twin Cities. TBH, I was pleasantly suprised that their pizza tasted really great. My family enjoyed it a lot. The place is really busy but the servers are very accommodating and friendly."

"Oh my gosh!! Where to begin. A couple weeks ago, I ordered a Large Sausage, Pepperoni, Onion and Garlic Pizza to go. I call it the Tom Sr., after Tom Carbone Sr. I got home, opened up my hot and fresh pizza and ate, and ate some more, and continued to eat!! By far the best ever!! It was ready when they told me, and better than I even expected. Yummy!! Easy parking and the Employees all greeted and chatted with me while I paid. Truly a great Carbones’s Pizza!! I didn’t see the Owner, Tommy, but ran into him in the Parking Lot. He is a super cool dude. Thank you!! Kendall, Kendall’s Ace Hardware"

"Brought my mom down for lunch for a change of the usual and she loved it. They had the fire place going and it was comfortable and relaxing. She had the steak and I had kebabs. The food was delicious and we were both full when we left. The photos may look sparse but it was more filling than it looked and the flavors were incredible. Service was excellent and we were treated very well coming and leaving."
