"I called and asked for pasta with meatballs and 6extra meatballs in the sauce. I came home and had only 4 meatballs in the pasta. She could have told me I had to buy X2 Pasta with meatballs to get 8 meatballs. The Imos in St. Charles always sold extra meatballs on the page for a price. I didn't have enough to feed my family. "Love Pizza, Love Domino's! The only pizza shop found acorss USA even in remote areas. Recently they stopped giving chilly flakes, serving plates and tissue paper. Is it an effect of inflation? Hope they resume it. Sometimes Domino's app crashes or doesn't work when the payment is a combination of credit card and gift card. Thank you!"

"I?ve been to plenty of Marcos Pizza and it?s one my go to pizza spots. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza to go on March 08 , I didn?t check the pizza until I got in the car and wow the amount of grease that was on the pizza was ridiculous. I never had a pizza with that much grease on it. Who would even attempt to eat that.I will not be ordering from this location again."

"If I couldn't give them any stars, I would have. So here what happened I ordered about $60 worth of food and about 2 hours later pizza came and was cold and burned. When I say burned, I meant burned black. So I called back and said they burned my pizza. You said this is how it doesn't happen?t I said. So the person said on the phone, I can replace it would be 4 hours before a new pizza can be delivered. Very rude to me too I heard a lady in the background and said to him hang it up and then hang it up. So I went there and I took the pizza and the lady told me I got the F out? I'm sorry, but that's not customer service or worry about the problem and make it right to keep a customer. So I called the 1800 line and told them what's happening and going past a week and heard nothing. So maybe Papa john's pizza doesn't care about customers there. I'm sorry I lost one for life and all my friends and family for life. Even the women, as I was told, that I came out, were black women and I think she was the manager. If this comes to a papa john administration, you can call me and do it right."

"Located in a strip mall not far away from multiple baseball fields. We went here on a Sunday afternoon it wasn't very crowded . They are short staffed like everyone else. Service was ok not great. The house made chicken taquitos were really good. Bigger than I expected with a good portion of chicken in it . We had the cheeseburger pizza . It was good . There was a bunch of Lettuce and tomatoes on top as well . Too much in my opinion. Overall great place to grab a drink or something to eat . I will come back here again for sure"

"Pizza is Ok, however while waiting for food, seen worker drop food on floor and then put back on pan to serve. Management makes customers to be the bad guys when pointed out. Never apologized, etc. Need to bring back the guy who ran it a couple of years ago. He actually cared about patrons and appreciated customers. Current staff acts like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. Unfortunately very normal these days."
