"Absolutely the worst experience with a pizza establishment. First they forgot items in the order then after trying to call consistently for almost 3 hours everytime no one answered. This the worst costumer service. So now I have paid full price for3/4 of a full meal.."

"So disappointed with tonight's pizza. Called over the phone to place in order for dine in and asked for pan crust. Showed up and it was on hand tossed. Although the girl asked my husband and I if we wanted a credit for a free pizza next visit or they couldremake it. So we asked to have it remade. I didn't know it was going to be that big of a deal or a problem. They brought it backout after they made it only for it not to be made right again. It was supposed to be half pep and half meat lovers. Thepepperoni side was cut in very big slices and the meat lovers side was cut in tiny pieces like; Like the pepperoni slices weremost the pizza with tiny little meat lovers slices. We felt so disrespected, like don't offer to remake it if you're going to bethat upset about it and make it wrong again and not even cut it correctly. Definitely won't be going there again."

"I originally had a horrible experience. The driver was 15 minutes late delivering our pizza. When I called the driver she was rude and unprofessional. Saying she couldn?t find my apartment even after I gave her direction verbally. Her response was ?well I guess I can continue to look?. I told her I?m not sure what else I could do. She said ?well I don?t know what else to tell you but I can?t find it?. I hung up with her then called the restaurant to speak to a manager. 10 minutes pass by and the driver arrives and leaves our food at the door. As I?m on the phone, the manager is being defensive about her driver. She said they can make me all new food, get it to me quickly, and refund my food. I was more than satisfied. As I get a knock on the door, the man delivering is the owner! He apologized repeatedly and I explained the situation. The fact that he was already at home and decided to personally deliver this was beyond what I expected! Owners like that really make customers want to come back! Thank you so much!"

"Y'all, you HAVE GOT to try the Fiesta Pizza. It's the perfect combo of Taco and Pizza, without being too greasy. The bean and cheese blend? [Chefs kiss] it all just falls together like carne asada belongs on a bread crust. And the toppings? Simple. Elegant. The salsa and jalapeños? Just enough to heat up your mouth w/o burning a new portal to hell.I thought I ordered a pizza, but I received a masterwork the likes Salem has never before experienced. 100/10, 10 gajillion stars i will be having my next birthday here."

"We just had a pizza delivery. Your pizza is always good, but the delivery drive was very rude. my pizza box was open when I got and I did not get my receipt. I tried to call your store just after it was delivered but no one answered. The drive didn't say Hi when he came into my business nor did he say thank you. We had customers at our register and they couldn't believe how he acted. We have ordered from you many times. But after this it may be are last."

"I normally love Pizza Hut but on my birthday September 13th I ordered the big box with two pizzas and bread with traditional wings and they gave me boneless wings tbh it ruined my birthday I was so disappointed they all went in the trash because we tried it and nope we didn’t like them we like traditional wings and it was a craving and without the traditional wings I just wasn’t satisfied ?"

"Requested extra sauce and did not get it. Went to ask what happened and was told the owner put it in the oven and it had extra sauce. Eventually I was told that I ate too much of the pizza for any help. I told them I don 't care about money I just want the pizza to be right. See attached photos for authentication. Love the pizza compared to Paddingtons. But not sure I 'll return."
