"I love having lunch here when I visit the mall. The atmosphere is quiet so you can have a conversation. The decor is tasteful and the food is always good. It reminds me of when I was a kid and big department stores always had a restaurant inside. I remember when the now just a memory Jordan Marsh had a restaurant in the same building on an upper level with windows looking out of the parking lot and Route 128. I always felt that made a day of shopping at the mall seem more special. The crab bisque is delicious and on my recent visit there was a special on the menu....batter fried cauliflowerettes with General Gao ? dipping sauce. It was amazing. I hope they will have this often. What is a little different here is that you choose what you want at the reception desk before you go sit down. You pay for it right then. But then you do have a server so don't forget to tip!"

"Since opening a small sandwich shop in Gloucester three years ago, Atomic Cafe Coffee Roasters has been our exclusive coffee provider, and we wouldn't have it any other way. From the ethical sourcing of quality beans, to their small batch roasting, to the personalized service, we just cannot say enough good about our experience with Atomic Cafe as a vendor for our business. Of course, having them just a few miles away on the North Shore is a wonderful opportunity for us to support a local business, as well. Pay no attention to the 2-star reviewer who was disappointed that this was not a retail outlet. This location is everything its listing claims it to be and does not deserve a negative review for not living-up to the erroneous preconceived notions of that user."

"Tucked in the middle of a residential neighborhood, this place has been a local staple for years. Probably the best ravioli I've ever had in my life and his other pasta offerings are unique and delicious. All handmade in the shop by Jean Louis himself. Worth every penny. As of Summer 2022, he is now offering phenomenal sorbetto (non dairy) and gelato (has dairy) imported from Italy with a handful of non-dairy flavors. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-11"
