"Variable quality. Terrible customization.At this location in particular, the quality and heat level of the chicken varies greatly. Sometimes you get a tender that reminds you why Salt Lake fell in love with this restaurant. Sometimes you get a box full of naked chicken and breading crumbs.What makes me avoid this location is how often they don't respect their own customization options. The receipt is always correct, but they just fling the same 8 things into a box and churn them out.It's a pretty bad sign when some place is getting unfavorably compared to fast food, but it's true in this limited scope. Most fast food places pay less attention to overall quality, cost less, produce it faster, and get your order more consistently right. Possibly an effect of the extremely limited customization options has sedated the employees into being little more than machines filling every box exactly the same and thrusting it at the customer with little care."

"Waited around for 5 minutes for someone to appear at the front of the house before I eventually flagged someone down. They looked at me, and then just continued to wipe down tables. I came in to pick up an online order that stated it was ready, took them 15 minutes after the pick up time to bring out the food. No apologizes for waiting, just attitudes like I inconvenienced them to work. Haven't been here in years because of the customer service, looks like I didn't miss out on anything."
