"I do not understand the hylpe about this place. The cake designs are boring and stuck in the 1980s The chiffon dry with a flat flavor profile. Do I taste McCormick Vanilla extract? The 'filling if you could call it that was nothing. More than a sugar coat to keep the cake from crumbling. I would suggest to add Port reduction. Then actually filling with a thicker butter cream/mousse with honey crumb pieces folded in. The glace average and flat. Needs either some hint of saltiness or liqeur for extra oomph then top a thin bitter sweet caramel layer for added texture. All the rose butter cream tastes like a mix of shortening abd margarine with a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Also leaves a filmy residue on the tongue. Use real butter, caramelize the sugar first, before finely grinding and mixing with real butter. Experiment with othrr fravors and updaye the design. Servicd terrible Price overpriced Tastes cheap."
