"I don't know why I didn't stop here earlier. my office is literally over the street, and I shot this place for breakfast this morning. I ordered the ranchero with bacon on an all bagel, and it was delicious. this place is a hidden gem that makes downtown santa ana so brilliant. I'll be back soon."

"My son and I regularly eat breakfast here. There is a morning rush, but there are many friendly staff to handle the busy rush. The options of healthy choices to regular options are too many. Many seats in the indoor and outdoor areas of high chairs for children. The app is very useful for picking up or even regular ordering . It is a point-based system with many free promotional rewards such as complimentary breakfast or drinks . One thing that really highlights this place is the staff there exceptional."

"I ordered French toast with cinnamon raisin bagel. Employee took order and charged me. 2 min later cook said I could only have it on an egg bagel. I asked why she didn?t tell me before I paid, she didn?t know. Take it with egg bagel or get refund. I took refund. Very poor customer service here. Other Bagel Me locations happily give me what I want."

"O m g. I'm angry that I didn't find this place earlier, but BLESSED that I discovered it because I'm going to go every day forever. For COVID19 "restrict the occupancy on 2 parties at a time, have individual use menus, need masks, and all employees wear gloves. When we went to Jason, we greeted and went through the menu and what they offered. After we tried to decide on the whole menu (because everything looked fantastic) we decided to have one that I gave (all bagel with egg, fancy ham, tomato jam and cheese) and a street corn bagel (jalapeno cheddar bagel with maize bread) and they were PHENOM. I thought I didn't eat a cream cheese, but I was changed forever and I'm just gonna eat it from Dough Exchange. Her bagels were amazing and the aromas in the funny spreads and bagel sando 's (the tomatoes jam omg) are SO good. We can't wait to come back for more!"
