"The food was fresh and delicious. The vegan menu had so many great options. I enjoyed the various takes on the classics like drums and shrimps, where fantastic. The size of meals is good and prices are reasonable for the size and quality. Staff, where friendly and happy to help. Even home with extra rice for free, which was nice. "Typical generic train style sushi. Hit and miss on the cooked items being at an acceptable edible temperature. Staff are pleasant and there is always a queue for seats.Variety can be limited at times. Biggest issue is the the number of parents you see that let their kids handle the items on the train and then put them back on when they don't want them - disgusting!Quality not what it used to be when it first opened."

"Went in with my family of six. We were sat in an area where the sushi conveyor couldn't reach our second table. I had gotten up to look in the refrigerator for drinks as we were ignored from the time we were told where to...sit. I let my step son eat two plates after being incredibly frustrated. I told my family we are leaving. After getting up the waitress finally counted the seven dollars in sushi eaten between the six of us. We went down the street to eat at another sushi bar."
