Flammekuche ...etwas vom einfachsten was es gibt Teigboden Sauerrahm drauf belegen und bei 300° im Ofen backen - 2 ..3min dann raus aufs Brett servieren ...wenn dort dann das Timing nicht stimmt bekommt der Gast einen eher lauwaren bis kalten Flammekuchen die Süssmostcreme dafür war toll auch die Apfelläckerli ...ein Gemischtwarenangebot das nach ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit seitens der Küche verlangt."

"The food is fresh, local, healthy and delicious. The staff are amazingly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter has coeliac disease, and they created a perfect menu for her.It is a great venue for a family meal (also has a really great outdoor playground), dinner for 2 or a private event. I can imagine it would be a lovely venue for a small wedding. They are also dog-friendly.Cannot recommend it highly enough."
